Bring the coupon along and speak to an item exchange NPC to redeem the coupon for the item that you won.
(Even when you have lost, an item that has been selected at random will be given.)

* Using the Subscription Cards obtained at a certain probability upon losing enters you into the draw right away. After a certain period, an offline reward is given by draw.
* Winning items are changed at a certain time interval.
